To meet the growing domestic and international demand for high-quality shale shaker screen products, Anping County Guangming Metal Products Co., Ltd. has officially expands a new injection molding production line. This upgrade features the installation of multiple injection molding machines, including two large-tonnage units exceeding 16,000 tons. Utilizing automated precision equipment and polypropylene (PP) as the primary raw material, the line specializes in manufacturing critical components for petroleum drilling shale shaker screens.  

Through precision tooling and temperature control systems, the production line manufactures API-compliant key components such as screen frames and sealing strips. This advancement addresses the global solids control equipment industry’s need for highly anti-friction and corrosion-proof consumables.
